  • Who is membership for?

    This membership is suitable for anyone interested in practicing yoga and/or meditation at home. There are yoga sequences for beginners and for more experienced yogis. There is a library of over 50 video tutorials on specific poses if you’re looking to practice a particular pose. And for those looking to meditate there are yoga nidra practices, meditations and pranayama practices. So whether you attend a weekly yoga class and want to deepen your practice at home or you’re unable to get to a weekly class and would like to start a home practice then we’ve got you covered.

  • Is there a free trial period?

    Yes. There is a 7 day free trial period.

  • What is the live Yoga Nidra class all about?

    On the first Tuesday of every month all members are invited to join a live online meditation and yoga nidra class. This will be at 8pm in the evening. There will be a brief chat on a meditation topic, then a guided seated meditation and a Yoga Nidra practice. Members will be sent the zoom details for this class the day before it takes place. A recording of each class be put up on the membership site.

  • What if I've never practiced yoga before but I'm keen?

    There are yoga practices available that are suitable for beginners. And the pose library has over 50 videos with detailed instruction on how do come into and out of poses and they include modifications also.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership at any time. Go to your account settings and follow the prompts to cancel.

  • Are there times when I shouldn't practice yoga?

    Before you do any yoga practice you should consult with your doctor/physician to make sure it's ok for you to practice yoga. Do not practice yoga if you are feeling unwell or if you are injured. It's good practice to wait 2-3 hours after your last meal before you do a yoga practice. It is important that you never watch or listen to the videos or meditations in this package whilst driving or operating machinery.

  • Is the membership suitable if I am pregnant?

    If you are pregnant you are advised to attend a pre-natal yoga class with a qualified pre-natal yoga instructor. Do not do the yoga practices or pranayama practices in this membership site. If you are pregnant you can do the yoga nidra practices but do not lie on your back. Lying on your side is advised, supported with cushions/pillows.

  • What should I wear when practicing yoga?

    It's a good idea to wear clothing that is comfortable with a stretchy fabric when practicing yoga. E.g. leggings, tracksuit, t-shirt. Also, generally yoga is practiced in the bare feet.

  • Do I need any special equipment to practice yoga?

    You will need a yoga mat, one that has a good grip.. For some of the practices you might be advised to have a strap/scarf , a blanket and/or a yoga block/brick.

Hi! I'm Yvonne. I'm a former professional tennis player turned yoga and meditation teacher. I first discovered meditation during my tennis playing days which helped my mental game enormously. And I discovered yoga (asanas) at the latter end of my tennis career. Once retired yoga and meditation became a new love, a new passion. I attended classes when I could but early on I also began my own home practice. With my continued practice I can feel the tremendous benefits to my body, mind and spirit - These include feeling more calm, focused and confident in myself as well as the physical feelings of being more open, stronger and balanced in my body. The idea for this membership site arose from speaking to people in my classes over the years, all expressing a desire to cultivate their own home practice.  I'm delighted to be sharing these practices here. I’m hoping you find practices you can enjoy and return to again and again. I’m a big believer in caring for our own wellbeing in order to be able to care for the needs of our loved ones and those around us.
